Collaboration is fundamental to our well-being, and to utilize it is to improve quality of life for all. I am a firm believer that there is no “I in Team”, and that outstanding work is a direct result of collaboration at every turn of a project. The entire Team here at Strata Architects upholds this idea daily which in turn creates an environment rich for personal growth and development. Adapting to change and diversity while embracing the process will always be at the heart of Strata’s work, and I consider it a great privilege be a part of.

The Oyhut development is an exciting project to work on because the project scope considers not only the design of the building but also how the structure will interact with the environment at Ocean Shores. The ideas behind the project promote walkability and new urbanism, which are essential urban planning concepts I value. It has been exciting to see the developers consider walkability and to have the opportunity to think diagnostically about how people access amenities. This project will be a wonderful place because we are working at the human level and instituting a considerable level of planning.
