The goal of this remodel was to transform an old bank into a new bar located in the historic neighborhood of Pioneer Square in Seattle. The scope of work included a new commercial kitchen, bar, service areas, and mezzanine. A conscious effort to preserve many of the existing architectural details in the space created a fun challenge in finding ways to celebrate the old while also modernizing the space for its new purpose. The original bank doors were left in place and served as inspiration throughout the entire project.
