Located at the heart of the City’s Town Square, Seaplane lies between the newly-designed City Hall, Library and Kenmore Air. The expansive restaurant offers multiple areas with varied dining experiences. The double height interior space allowed for exploring the use of various materials, colors, and treatments. The design features an elevated seating area with visual connection to the Town Center, while the full-height glass walls, foldaway doors and outdoor seating transition seamlessly into the public plaza. The space includes a bar, two dining rooms, kid’s area, a mezzanine level for private events and an outdoor patio completed with a cozy fire pit.
