This tenant improvement project was to convert a car dealership and service center into a beer and bocce hall. The scope of work involved a mezzanine, a large commercial kitchen, and an addition to the space that lightens up the interior. With the goal of creating a large space that felt intimate and authentic, the space is designed for bocce, beer and dining to intermingle, creating a lively scene typical of a German beer hall.
