What began as a plan to rework the main level evolved into a full rebuild that doubled the livable space without altering the home’s footprint. On a constrained lot, the design added a second story with two ensuite bedrooms, additional bathrooms, a rooftop deck, and dedicated workspace— all while improving indoor-outdoor connection. An open floor plan now links the front and backyard, transforming a previously inefficient layout into a bright, functional home that fully embraces its possibilities.
