Located in Pike Place Market, the Pink Door has been a perennial favorite since it first opened its doors over 35 years ago. The fast-paced remodel and expansion of this iconic restaurant required coordination with multiple stakeholders on elements including schedule, design, and process. Strata Architects worked with the Owner, Chef, and General Manager, as well as other key personnel, to develop the project scope. As a design team, Strata was key in exploring layouts for the expanded kitchen, promoting efficiency of the culinary team as well as seamlessly connecting the new and existing dining areas.
